Dr. Hal Fulmer, Associate Provost at Troy University, will address graduates during the University's commencement ceremony at Epworth By-the-Sea's Strickland Auditorium on Sunday, May 22.
During the ceremony, set to begin at 3 p.m., degrees will be awarded to graduates from TROY's Brunswick, Savannah and Jacksonville, Fla., sites
Dr. Fulmer has served as Associate Provost and Dean of Undergraduate Studies at TROY since 2005. He also previously served as dean of the College of Communication and Fine Arts at TROY from 2002-2005.
Prior to joining the Troy University faculty, Dr. Fulmer served in various capacities at Georgia Southern University, including chair of the Department of Communication Arts.
Dr. Fulmer holds a bachelor's degree in communication arts with an emphasis in public relations from Georgia Southern College, a master's degree in speech communication from the University of Georgia and a doctoral degree in speech communication from Louisiana State University.
