Two-Year College Program


The Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) is an educational program designed to give men and woman the opportunity to become an Air Force officer while completing a degree. The Air Force ROTC program is designed to prepare you to assume positions of increasing responsibility and importance in the Air Force.


Our mission here at Det. 017 is to inculcate the foundational intellectual and leadership skills our cadets need to succeed as citizens and airmen.


Scholarships:

Though a limited number of larger scholarships are available the most common scholarship award pays:

  • $18,000 per year towards tuition and fees
  • $900 per year towards books


Scholarship eligibility requirements include, but are not limited to: a 2.5 cumulative GPA ( to start the scholarship), and passing the height/weight check and Air Force Physical Fitness Test each semester.
