Captain Jessie Charles June Mooney IV is a native of St. Louis, Missouri. He received his commission from Alabama A&M University as a Distinguished Military Graduate in May 2007. CPT Mooney’s hobbies include riding motorcycles, bowling, playing pool, poker, and spending time with his family. CPT Mooney is married to Marquita Mooney and they have three children, Malia (11), Jessie C.J. (5), and Olivia (2).

CPT Mooney is currently an Associate Professor of Military Science for the Army ROTC program at Troy University in Troy, Alabama.
