When corresponding through email, please include your full name, student ID, Blackboard username, and last four digits of your SSN. Blackboard will only address students using the Troy.edu account.

Important Information for eArmyU Students:

Proctor exam(s): go to the following link: https://ecampus.troy.edu/forms/eProctorForm.aspx to complete the Undergraduate Course Exam Proctor form.
Only your TROY email address will work in Blackboard. If you try to change this email account it will automatically revert back to your troy.edu account when the daily Bb updates are performed.
How To Use Your Troy Email Account:
Students need to make a habit of accessing Blackboard by going to http://troy.blackboard.com in the event the GoArmyEd portal goes down or if a connection cannot be made between the portal and Blackboard.
MyMathLab (MML) - Students having problems or need information on MyMathLab can call the MML student support line @ 1-800-677-6337.
MyITLab - Students having problems or needing information on MyITLab may go to http://business.troy.edu/Resources/myitlab/ or www.myitlab.com for information.
