Photography Certificate Program

Go beyond the mechanics of your camera!

Course Dates Course Fees Registration

Through lecture, assignments, guest speakers and hands-on experience, learn how to use photography equipment to create dynamic visual images.

Modern digital cameras have several “modes” by which you can set the camera for taking images under varying conditions. These modes can work well most of the time in the image making process.

For this certificate course, it would be to your advantage to have a “manual override” mode by which you can set your own aperture and shutter speed. This feature allows you to adjust the image according to your personal vision. It gives you the opportunity for making adjustments based on your individual perception of the subject.

Students who will benefit from this program include
  • Amateurs and aspiring professionals.
  • Amateurs who want to take better pictures.
  • The family photographer who wants to capture memories.
