Username Your Blackboard Username and your Trojan Web Express User Name ARE THE SAME. Password Your password for Blackboard will always be the last four digits of your Social Security Number. HOWEVER, an international student's password is set initially to a combination of the student's day of birth and month of birth. For example, if the student's birthday is June 5 the password would be set to 0605. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE YOUR BLACKBOARD PASSWORD. Blackboard Double-Login Issue To access the Blackboard Web site, please bookmark the Troy University home page or the Troy University eCampus Web site, then click on the link for Blackboard. This will ensure that you are activating a new, secure session with the Blackboard server. If you bookmark the login page, the page will be retrieved from your computer's memory, and will not launch a new session with Blackboard. This will result in having to enter the login information twice to gain successful entry to Blackboard. |
