A student can graduate each term, provided they have completed all requirements for the degree and have filed the intent to graduate form. There is a scheduled date that the intent form must be filed by. That date can be found on the academic yearly calendar. The form must be sent to your home location. Most sites have their own website which has the intent form sent directly to that site.
Participation in a graduation ceremony is optional. If you choose to participate, you must contact your home location for deadline dates established by the Campus and/or site for that particular ceremony. You will NOT receive your diploma at the ceremony. This will be mailed to you by your home location.
Diplomas are printed three times a year, June (for T3 and T4), August (for T5) and December for T1 and T2). These will be mailed directly to you based on the address given on the intent form.
Once you have completed all requirements and your degree has been posted, you may order an official transcript which will state the official graduation date of that term.
