How to Order Textbooks If you live outside the United States make sure that you order your book(s) early or have them shipped to you the fastest means possible. You are responsible for making sure you receive your textbooks in a timely manner.PROCEED TO THE TROY UNIVERSITY VIRTUAL BOOKSTORE Book Voucher Information Troy University has a book voucher program for students who have approved financial aid and/or VA benefits. Text book purchases using vouchers will be charged a 10-percent handling fee. To qualify for the book voucher, you must have completed the Financial Aid process or have VA benefits that cover the book charges. To inquire if your Financial Aid process is completed please call the FA hotline at 800-414-5756. The last day to submit a book voucher is noon on the Friday before the term begins.
