For many years, TROY has focused on educational solutions for military personnel. We have long seen the need for flexible education that could be completed either locally, or around the world. Flexibility is the foundation of our Distance Learning program-instructor flexibility and delivery flexibility.

The Navy College Program Distance Learning Partnership is yet another way we at TROY feel we can serve our military. Visionaries within the Navy have created a coalition that organizes colleges and universities to work in conjunction with Navy 'A' schools. The goal: to provide an educational plan leading to a degree for sailors.
