  13. Program Evaluation - By choosing the Program Evaluation, students can see which course are required for their degree programs and how the courses they have already completed have been applied towards their degree requirements. As new transfer credit is evaluated or Troy University courses are completed the Program Evaluation is updated. Both student and advisor can view the Program Evaluation at the same time from separate locations. This on-line degree evaluation is intended to be a guide for students. Students are still expected to see an academic advisor.

Notes to consider as you use the Program Evaluation:

    • Program Evaluations are UNOFFICIAL until signed by the academic advisor.
    • Transfer credit must be received and evaluated before it is available on a Program Evaluation.
    • Course substitutions may not yet have been approved or applied to the Program Evaluation.
    • Some exceptions for completion of degree requirements may only be available as pencil-in entries by the academic advisor on the Program Evaluation, especially for students starting with Troy University before the Fall 1999 term.
    • Programs started before the Fall of 2000 term use Program Evaluation.
    • Only declared majors and minors input into the Program Evaluation database by the academic advisor can be seen on a Program Evaluation.
