Troy eCampus students are processed the same as all other TROY students. Thus, there are many requirements that must be met before a student can be fully admitted to the university. Please review the information below carefully. Admission Procedures

New students, including transient students (degree-seeking from another university) must apply for admission to the university:

  1. Complete the Online Application for Admission. You must send unofficial transcripts via fax to 850-863-2702 (A-L), 334-670-5873 (M-Z) or email to ecampusundergraduate@troy.edu at the time you submit the application for admission. All official or unofficial transcripts are required in order to determine eligibility to Troy University and register for courses. Transcripts are also required before financial aid may be awarded.
  2. Pay the $30 nonrefundable admission fee. View payment options.

    • New students will not be able to utilize the online payment method until receipt of an e-mail from the Admissions Office stating that a Trojan Web Express account has been created for the student.
  3. Have official copies of all transcripts and test scores sent to TROY according to the directions below:

    Students whose last names start with a letter from A-L should send their transcripts and test scores to:

    Students whose last names begin with a letter from M-Z should send their transcripts and test scores to:

    A Transcript Request Form is provided to assist you in ordering your transcripts. You will need to send one copy of the form to each of your previous institutions.


Readmission Procedures

  1. Returning students who have not attended TROY for one year must apply for readmission to the university by completing the Online Application for Readmission and have official transcripts for any interim courses sent to TROY at the above address.

  2. Returning students who have not attended TROY for three or more years must reapply for admission to the university by filling out the Online Application for Admission and have official transcripts for any interim courses sent to TROY at the above address. Students in this classification will fall under the most current catalog degree requirements and may not enroll in courses until cleared by the admissions office. Students will not be allowed to reenroll until new official transcripts are received and the student is found eligible to return to TROY.


International Students

International students must contact ecampusundergraduate@troy.edu to determine their eligibility to attending the eCampus.

Students who are eligible must fill out the online Online Application for Admission and submit official transcripts evaluated by the AACRAO or Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc., official TOEFL score, and documentation of visa status to TROY at the above address. All official documents must be received and approval obtained by eCampus admissions prior to enrolling in any courses with TROY.

International students who need a student visa are not eligible to be an eCampus student. Please see the International Students page for information on attending our campus in Troy, Alabama.
