Alabama Education Leadeship Hall of Fame
Official Nomination Form Instructions

The Alabama Educational Leadership Hall of Fame was established on July 1, 1982, by the Troy University Board of Trustees under the authority of the Legislature of the State of Alabama. Its purpose is to recognize outstanding administrators, supervisors, and lay citizens for significant contributions made to public education (K-12) at the state or national levels and to maintain a repository to record their achievements.

Nominations for this honor are being accepted through ::date to be provided::.

Nominations may be submitted either through registered mail or electronically.

What should be included:

  1. Fully completed Official Nomination Form.
  2. Three letters of support for the nominee. These need to be from persons who can speak to the nominee’s contributions to education.

If submitting the packet electronically:

  1. Fill out the online nomination form.
  2. Attach scans of three letters of support.
  3. Apply signature and submit form.

If mailing the packet:

  1. Save this document to your computer before trying to fill in the blank fields.
  2. Complete the form.
  3. Print the form.
  4. Sign at the bottom of the form and send it and the three letters of support by registered mail to:

Note: All nomination information submitted shall become the exclusive property of the Governing Board of the Alabama Educational Leadership Hall of Fame. The decision of the Governing Board shall be final. Those selected will be notified by mail.
