HOLIDAYSThe following schedule of official holidays has been established for the 2007-2008 Academic Year.

- Monday, November 12, 2007 - Veterans' Day
- Thursday and Friday, November 22 and 23, 2007 - Thanksgiving Holidays
- Tuesday, December 25, 2007 - Christmas Day Holiday
- Tuesday, January 1, 2008 - New Year's Day
- Monday, January 21, 2008 - Martin Luther King, Jr., Day
- Monday, May 26, 2008 - Memorial Day
- Friday, July 4, 2008 - Independence Day
- Monday, September 1, 2008 - Labor Day
ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE

- Thursday, December 20, 2007, through January 2, 2008 (Return to work January 3, 2008)
- Friday, March 14, 2008
With the exception of essential services, administrative offices will be closed on the days listed above when workload permits; however, essential services must be maintained at all times. Work in preparation for an upcoming semester or other responsibilities must be performed and scheduled accordingly, even during the periods mentioned above. Assuming all necessary work is performed prior to the leave, administrative leave is granted by the University, official holidays excepted, and amount of leaves granted is up to individual supervisors.
Normal working hours shall be adhered to for all other scheduled work days during breaks between semesters.
