We treat faxes just like mail; they are gathered twice a day and placed with mail for sorting to be entered into the system. We suggest you not fax us forms due to quality issues. After faxing students often have a confirmation that the fax was received at our fax machine but we have an unreadable document. Each day there are blank documents on the fax machine from the blank side of documents faxed to us as well as unreadable faxes.
