Summer
Please note that we do not hold a ceremony for summer graduation. If you graduate in the summer, you may participate in the fall ceremony.

Prior to Commencement:
- Attend Commencement Central. If you do not attend Commencement Central, you must contact the Registrar's Office for alternate instructions.
- Submit a Diploma Information Form to the Records Office.
- Honor Cords may be worn by members of on-campus honor organizations only. Check with your advisor on how to obtain cords.
Day of Commencement:
- All graduation requirements must be met in order to participate in the Commencement Ceremony.
- Arrive at the Dothan Civic Center by 2:15 p.m.
- Professional pictures will be made from 1:30-2:30 p.m.
- Come dressed in Commencement regalia.
- Master's candidates will be hooded during the ceremony.
