Employee Enrollment
Upon the first day of work or sooner, a new employee should be directed by the appropriate supervisor to the Office of Human Resources for enrollment, which includes completion of the following documents: Manpower Form, Federal and State tax forms, Alabama Teacher's Retirement Form, insurance forms, and the Employment Eligibility Verification Forms.
A completed Record of Personnel Action along with the necessary employee enrollment paperwork must be received by the Office of Human Resources in a timely manner in order for a payroll payment to be processed during that month.
