The Human Resources Department’s Training & Development, through its partnership with Continuing Education, seeks to provide training services for Troy University to advance institutional effectiveness by providing training and development opportunities designed to enhance employee performance. Training & Development includes providing publicity, registration, tracking of attendance, online service support, and coordination of facilities for the training sessions. This centralized entity works to fulfill training needs throughout the University.
