Create myTROYu Profile
Troy University has continued to meet the needs of its students by offering advanced degrees in the colleges of education, business, the arts and sciences and health and human services. A myTROYu profile allows TROY to communicate with you and is required to submit an admission application.
Programs offered to international students are located on the Program Grid. Click on INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS, then choose the desired campus at the left of the screen.
Please review specific requirements for your academic program in the Graduate catalog.
Required: Official copies of bachelor’s degree, and transcripts mark sheets in native language and in English, if original is not in English.
Test scores are based upon specific academic program requirements. Please consult the online Troy University Graduate catalog for details under each program.
Student copies of the GRE or GMAT are not acceptable for admission purposes.
GRE official score. The original should be sent directly to Troy University from the Educational Testing Service (ETS). The institutional code is 1738.
GMAT official score. The original should be sent from the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). The institutional code is 1B1-ZJ-90
If the applicant does not have a GRE/GMAT score when applying to Troy University, the applicant will be admitted temporarily for one semester. If the student does not pass GRE/GMAT during the first semester at Troy University, the student will not be able to register for graduate courses the next semester.
The bank statement should not be older than six months. The bank statement should include its address, e-mail, web address, phone number, and reflect bank transactions of the past 6 months. If the bank statement is not in English, please make sure you also provide the translation.
If the bank statement is not in the applicant’s name, an original sponsor letter should be provided as well. The person whose name is on the bank statement should provide a letter stating the relationship to the applicant and is willing to sponsor the applicant while the person is a student at Troy University. The letter should be signed and dated. If the sponsor letter is not in English, please make sure you also provide the translation.
If the sponsor is a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident, the sponsor should complete form I-134 (Affidavit of Support), have it notarized and sent to our office in lieu of the sponsor letter. The I-134 form may be found at http://www.uscis.gov/forms.
