Registration for the leadership conference is online using link below. The registration link will be available on November 1, 2016. Adult registration is $30 if completed online or received by January 27, 2017. Student registration is $15 if completed or received by January 27, 2017. A $10 late fee will be added to registrations after January 27th.

On-line registration ends on Wednesday, February 1st at 11 pm Central time. If you still wish to attend the conference you may register in the Office of Student Involvement and Leadership, Trojan Center 215 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Thursday, February 2nd and from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday, February 3rd. You may register on-site at Sartain Hall from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm on Friday, February 3rd.

Registration for Sponsors

We are grateful for the corporations, businesses and adults who sponsor this conference. Our sponsors will be recognized in the conference program and will be allowed to register a designated number of adults based on the level of sponsorship selected. When you register your sponsorship you will be given the number of adults your level of support entitles you to register for the conference. Please have the names, e-mails and phone/cell numbers of the adults you will be registering.

Pay by Check or Cash

To reserve your seat for the Leadership Conference you must have your check/cash in by Friday, January 27, 2017. Payments sent by mail must be postmarked by Friday, January 27th. Any payments received after January 30th will be subject to a $10.00 late fee. If you choose to pay by cash or check you have several options:

    Please include with your payment the names, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers of those whom you are registering. Please type or print neatly this information so that we have the names listed correctly on our conference lists and indicate whether registrants are students or non-students. Please include your contact information so that we may confirm your registration.

  • You may register in person at the Troy University Office of Student Involvement and Leadership, Trojan Center 215 and see Barbara Patterson. Please bring a list (typed or neatly printed) of those you are registering, with their names, e-mails and phone contact information along with your check or correct cash amount. We are open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Please call in advance at 334-670-3204 to ensure someone will be available to take your registration.

  • You may also register in person at the City of Troy Tourism Office, 113 North Market St., Troy, AL 36081 with Shelia Jackson and/or Isaiah Scott. Please bring a list (typed or neatly printed) of those you are registering, with their names, e-mails and phone contact information along with your check or correct cash amount. We are open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Please call in advance at 334-670-2286 to ensure someone will be available to take your registration.

Professional Development Participation Hours for K-12 Teachers
We are excited to announce that K-12 teachers may register for professional development hours. To receive your professional development hours for the conference you must sign into your STD-PD account on this website. You will need to use the PD Title No. TU905 when registering for the hours.  If you have any question please call Dr. Robin Bynum at 334-983-6556.
