Troy University’s College of Health and Human Services was formed in 1994 to provide quality education for professional practice in a variety of areas associated with health and human services.
Within the College of Health and Human Services are the School of Nursing, the Department of Human Services, the Department of Kinesiology and Health Promotion and the Department of Sports Medicine and Athletic Training Education.
Undergraduate majors offered through Health and Human Services are: Athletic Training, Athletic Training Education, Human Services, Rehabilitation, Social Work, Health and Physical Education, Physical Education Teaching and Sports and Fitness Management. The College also offers the Associate of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Graduate degrees in the College of Health and Human Services are: Master of Science in Nursing, which is offered on the Troy, Phenix City and Montgomery campuses, and Master of Science in Sports and Fitness Management, offered on the Troy Campus and in the Global Campus Southeast Region.
