Troy University conducted commencement exercises at Saigon Technology University in the Republic of Vietnam on Feb. 14 for 15 undergraduate students.
STU is the country’s only private university to receive government approval for participation in TROY’s program. Three other public universities, located in Hanoi, currently partner with TROY.
The ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City conveyed the bachelor of science in business administration degree to 10 students, and the bachelor of science in computer science degree to five students.
Dr. Earl Ingram, interim senior vice chancellor for academic affairs and vice chancellor of Global Campus, the arm of the University that oversees operations outside the state of Alabama, provided the commencement message and presided at the ceremony.
