A RFP was awarded to the companies listed below to provide Troy University departments, sponsored program entities and the Troy University Foundation the ability to expedite the purchase of promotional items without soliciting individual bids. Promotional item vendors can provide all promotional items with the exclusion of shirts. The RFP for shirts was awarded to ScreenTech.

Departments are not required to use the listed vendors and are able to request bids for individual items. If you opt not to use an awarded vendor from the list below, a bid must be processed through the Troy University Purchasing Department. To secure a bid outside this RFP, specifications must be forwarded to bids@troy.edu along with a minimum of three vendors.

  A purchase order is required before placing an order to any promotional item vendor, regardless of dollar amount.
