Welcome to the Troy University Montgomery Campus and thank you for taking the time to learn more about what our location and University have to offer. Troy University prides itself on a culture of caring and providing students a place to become lifelong learners. Trojan warriors dare to dream big and we know as a student, you’ll find your warrior spirit to do the same!
The Montgomery Campus is surrounded by a rich history and culture. Learn more about the city’s role in the Civil Rights Movement at TROY’s award-winning Rosa Parks Library and Museum. Experience the arts at the Davis Theatre for the Performing Arts, home to the Montgomery Symphony Orchestra, Alabama Dance Theatre and Montgomery Ballet. Or catch a game at Riverwalk Stadium, home to the Montgomery Biscuits Class AA baseball team. Our outstanding Montgomery faculty and staff are dedicated primarily to serving the nontraditional student, who is often a working adult. We do this by providing the widest variety of learning options, including an incredible number of degree programs that can be completed by attending evening, weekend and online classes, allowing our students to learn at any of our locations when and how it’s best for them.
At TROY Montgomery we are also very proud of our long tradition of partnering with the military, especially with our neighbors at Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base. Located in the capital city, we also maintain close ties with both state and local governments and the local business community. Perhaps that's why TROY was named the number one public university in Alabama by Forbes magazine in 2009 and has been a Princeton Review “Best in the Southeast” for ten consecutive years. As you can see, this makes the Montgomery campus an excellent location to pursue your education. Do dare to dream and become a Trojan warrior today!
