MPA Degree Program

Troy MPA is a quality degree: The MPA program is fully accredited by Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS). The program requires a total of 12 courses (9 core courses and 3 concentration courses). Students may need to complete an internship if they have not worked a minimum of 1 year in a professional position related to public administration or nonprofit work.

Troy MPA has concentrated areas of study: A student will choose one concentration that will include the three specific courses complimenting that concentration. Students can even receive a double concentration if they so desire. All MPA concentrations are offered online.

  • Public Health Administration
  • Non-Profit Management
  • Public Human Resource Management
  • National Security Affairs

Troy MPA program is convenient: Classes can be taken online or in a traditional classroom setting at the TROY campus or the Atlanta site. Online courses are taught entirely through the Blackboard course management system. The schedule of courses is online as well as all necessary forms, administrative materials, textbooks, and course information.
