school of music sets audition dates for scholarships |
| The
John M. Long School of Music at Troy State University has planned
scholarship auditions for March 9, according to Dr. Bill Denison,
Director. Auditions will be held for the following instruments: Flutes, clarinet, saxophone, oboe, bassoon, trumpet, French horn, trombone, euphonium, tuba, percussion, piano and guitar. TSU offers opportunities in the "Sound of the South" marching Band, Symphony Band, Concert Band, Chamber Winds and Jazz Ensemble. Vocal auditions for the TSU Collegiate Singers, Chamber Choir and Gospel choir are also scheduled for March 9.
