| Statewide Organization Recognizes Steve Grice, CPA, Ph.D. |
| The
Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants has presented
to Troy State University Associate Professor Dr. Steve Grice
the Thomas A. Ratcliffe Outstanding Discussion Leader Award for
2001 recently at their annual meeting in Birmingham. This honor recognizes the person who has received the highest ratings from CPAs who participated in continuing professional education courses taught by that individual during the year. The ASCPA utilizes approximately 75 CPE instructors each year. Dr. Grice received his B.S. in Accounting from Troy State University and his Masters in Accountancy from The University of Alabama. He earned his Ph.D. in Accounting from The University of Alabama. Dr. Grice teaches both undergraduate and graduate accounting courses at TSU. The ASCPA is the statewide professional organization for CPAs, with more than 5,900 members in public accounting, business and industry, government and education. |
