Troy State University Vice Chancellor Michael Malone has announced that Dr. Ed D. Roach has joined TSU as interim Director of the Alabama Articulation program.

As interim Director of Articulation, Dr. Roach will oversee the Statewide Articulation Reporting System (STARS), which is a computerized articulation and transfer planning system designed to inform students who attend Alabama’s two-year colleges about degree requirements, course equivalents and other transfer information for Alabama’s public universities. Dr. Roach has worked with the Articulation and General Studies Committee in his role as Provost and represented the Alabama regional university presidents as a voting member of the committee.
"We are extremely fortunate to have a person like Dr. Roach join our team," Dr. Malone said. "He brings a wealth of leadership skills and management skills. There is no question that he will be a great asset."
