The symposium is scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m. in the Trojan Center Theater. Phi Alpha Theta History Honors Society will serve refreshments prior to the event.
Students who received the 2002-03 Chancellor’s Fellowships or the 2002-03 Trojan Pride Scholarship will give the presentations. Those students are:

   · Sandy P. Gibson, a Biology and Environmental Science major, whose research topic was “Lichens as Bioindicators of Lead Deposition in Troy, Alabama?”
Following the presentations, the 2003-04 winners will be announced. Recipients will work with a faculty sponsor on a research project during the upcoming academic year and present the findings of their research at the next spring symposium.
