plans to ‘step’ into Black History Month Troy State University will hold its annual Step Show to commemorate Black History Month Wednesday, Feb. 19. The Step Show, sponsored by the Student Government Association (SGA), will begin at 7 p.m. in the Claudia Crosby Theater. The show consists of student organizations performing choreographed dance routines. Judges will determine the top finishers and cash prizes will be awarded to the top three groups. Tickets are $3 in advance and will be available beginning Feb. 3 from SGA members or in the Trojan Center Room 110. A table will also be set up in the Trojan Center on Feb. 12 for ticket sales. Tickets are $5 if purchased at the door. TSU students, faculty, staff and the general public are invited to attend. For more information call the SGA office at 670-3212. |
