   TSU to offer insurance agent’s pre-license schools
   The Sorrell College of Business at Troy State University has planned several agent’s pre-license schools, according to Dr. Carol Jordan, Chair of the Department of Risk Management and Insurance.
   The schools are:

Life and health insurance, Aug. 8-11 and Sept. 5-8; 8 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. daily; and
Property and casualty insurance, Sept. 19-22; 8 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. daily.

The cost for each course is $250, which includes all course materials. Classes are held at 144 Bibb Graves Hall on the TSU campus. Dr. Jordan points out that TSU administers the state licensing exam, and participants in pre-license school may take the test immediately following the course.
