TSU plans Baldwin County Night for Nov. 13
Troy State University operates four campuses in Alabama and sites all over the world, but on Thursday, Nov. 13, Baldwin County will be the focal point for Trojans across south Alabama.
That’s when the TSU Office of Admissions and Office of Alumni Affairs are sponsoring the first “TSU Night in Baldwin County.” The event is designed to bring Troy State University alumni from Baldwin County together with prospective students from area high schools and community colleges. It will be held from 5:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Oak Hollow Farm (Highway 98, south of Fairhope).
“TSU Night will be a great opportunity for students in Baldwin County to meet and get acquainted with the area alumni, TSU staff, and our Chancellor, Dr. Jack Hawkins, Jr.,” said Buddy Starling, Dean of Enrollment Management.

“We recognize Baldwin County students as some of Alabama’s best and TSU offers a great fit for them,” Starling said.
TSU is also trying to raise the awareness of recruitment among alumni from the Baldwin County area.
“Our alumni are our strongest recruiters and we want to encourage them to get involved in this special event that supports Troy State University,” Faith Ward, Director of Alumni Affairs, said. “We have almost 1,000 alumni in Baldwin County and we’d love to see every alumnus at this meeting.”
For more information, call the Office of Admissions at 334-670-3175 or the Office of Alumni Affairs at 334-670-3318.
