| Annual
holiday fair to fund scholarships scheduled for Nov. 8 at TSU Troy State University will hold the third annual Holiday Fair in Sartain Hall on Saturday, Nov.8 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Artists from southeast Alabama will display their craftsmanship for sale during the fair. A wide range of art and crafts will be available for purchase, such as handmade birdhouses, purses, Christmas crafts, jewelry and many other sewn items. Entertainment will be provided by the TSU Collegiate Singers, the TSU Children’s Choir, the TSU Dixie Darlings Clog Team, the Charles Henderson High School Choir, Troy School of Dance and the Arts and the Bethel Baptist Church Choir of Troy. There is limited booth space so the remaining spots will be on a first come/first-serve basis. The fee is $25 for the day, which includes a six-foot table, two chairs and electricity if it is needed.
