TROY UNIVERSITY ROSA PARKS MUSEUM TO CELEBRATE ANNIVERSARY OF THE MONTGOMERY BUS BOYCOTT
   Troy University’s Rosa Parks Museum will hold a celebration on Wednesday, December 1, 2004, in recognition of the Montgomery Bus Boycott that occurred 49 years ago. The celebration will begin at noon in hte Auditorium of the Museum, located on the Montgomery Campus, with the E.D. Nixon Elementary School Honor Choir providing entertainment. The director of the choir is Ms. Sandra Ware and the principle of the school is Mr. Michael Lenhart. The choir consists of approximately 60 students and will be singing all types of music to include gospel, traditional, patriotic and seasonal. The choir recently cut a CD, which will be on sale during the event.
