Troy University ’s Holiday Fair scheduled for November 12-13

Troy University ’s Department of Development is preparing for the fourth annual Holiday Fair on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 12-13, on the Shackelford Quad and is seeking exhibitors for the event.

Limited space is available and will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis.   Booth space, which is 12 feet by 10 feet, may be rented for a non-refundable fee of $50.00.

 A table and two chairs will be provided for each space.  Electricity can be provided at no extra charge if arrangements are made in advance.  Exhibitors will be responsible for appropriate taxes.

Exhibitors may begin setting up at 7 a.m., and booths will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Applications can be obtained by contacting Jan Sullivan at 334-670-3608 and are due to the Department of Development at the Troy Campus by Oct. 31.

The Holiday Fair will be cancelled in the event of rain.
