Blount Foundation establishes scholarship at Troy University for Elmore students
   Joe McInnes, chairman of the board of the Roberts and Mildred Blount Foundation, presents a $400,000 check to Troy University officials Wednesday, Sept. 1. The funds will establish academic scholarships in the honor and memory of Roberts and Mildred Blount. The scholarships will be awarded to students from Elmore County .
