Clif Lusk, a Mississippi native with 20 years of journalism experience, has been named university relations coordinator at Troy University .
Lusk comes to TROY from Demopolis where he was editor of the five-day daily The Demopolis Times. His original draw to Troy was as managing editor of the daily newspaper, The Messenger, a sister newspaper to The Times. He formerly published the South Mississippi SportsJournal, served as an assistant metro editor of The Clarion-Ledger in Jackson, Miss. , and was assistant publisher for The Magee Courier, Simpson County News and Southwest Ranking Times, based in Magee, Miss.
