TROY – The John M. Long School of Music at Troy University will sponsors POPS! Extravaganza: Music Through the Decades – from Swing to Shrek Tuesday, April 25.

With free admission to the public, spring’s final concert begins at 7:30 p.m. in Claudia Crosby Theater. The evening features the Collegiate Singers, Dazzlers! Show Choir and Band, the Chamber Choir and the Women’s Madrigal Singers.

Music from the swing-band era includes In the Mood, and Sing, Sing, Sing. Hits from the Beatles, Boogie Fever, Thriller and Bye, Bye Bye, as well as All I Ask of You from the hit Phantom of the Opera are also included in the performance.

The evening’s multi-choir finale will be Accidentally in Love from the movie Shrek II.
