MEDIA ADVISORY- CORRECTION TO WINTER RELEASE

EDITORS/NEWS DIRECTORS: In this morning’s release regarding former Mississippi Gov. William Winter’s Kit Carter Carson Lecture on 28 Feb. at Troy University, in the fourth graph of the release, Gov. Winter lost a Senate race to Sen. Thad Cochran. The release states this loss was to Sen. Trent Lott, which is inaccurate.
