TROY, Ala.–The Troy University Kinesiology and Health Promotion Club will hold the 12th annual Nick Costes Run on Saturday, March 11.

The event will feature 5K and 10K races, along with a Family Fun Run, beginning at 8:30 a.m. on the Shackelford Quadrangle on the Troy Campus.

Nick Costes, a former Olympian, served as TROY track and field coach from 1957-1969 and as a professor at the University until 1999. He passed away in 2003.

Entry fee for the run is $15 and the first 40 entrants will receive a 2006 race t-shirt.
