Small business owners interested in no-collateral business loans are invited to attend a seminar Oct. 25 hosted by Troy University’s Small Business Development Center.

The seminar will be held at the Enterprise Business Incubator, 102 Commerce Drive in the Yancey Industrial Park in Enterprise.

Business consultants with the Troy University Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will explain how you can obtain working capital loans without using your collateral as security.  They will explain the Small Business Administration (SBA) Express Loan Program, the program requirements and procedures, and will assist in completing the loan application.  You have three financing options to choose from, or you could select a combination.  The SBA Express Loan Program lenders in Alabama are Business Loan Express, Innovative Bank, and Capital One. 

These loans are available to start-ups and existing businesses.  Consultants will describe each lender’s procedures, requirements, and will assist you in completing your application.

There will be two opportunities to attend the seminar.  The morning seminar will begin at 10:00 a.m. and the afternoon seminar will begin at 2:00 p.m.  Seating will be available for only 15 participants at each program.  Hurry and register to save your place.  Call Brenda Marcum at the SBDC at 334-670-3771 to register for one of the seminars.
