TROY – Troy University’s Small Business Development Center is hosting a two-hour seminar from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. Oct. 17 at the Eufaula Chamber of Commerce.

Ed Noriega, professor and director of Design Technology and Industry at Troy University will consult with business owners about effective marketing and advertising strategies.
