TROY – Troy University’s Troy Symphony Orchestra has opening available for any who are interested.

According to Ginger Zingara, who directs the orchestra, openings are available in strings, woodwinds, brass and percussion sections of the orchestra and all experience levels are welcome. There is no fee to join, she said.

The orchestra will begin rehearsals Sunday, Aug. 26, from 2:30 p.m. until 4 p.m. in the Collegiate Room, which is located behind Smith Hall and at the rear of Claudia Crosby Theatre.
