MONTGOMERY – Troy University will hold two commencement ceremonies at its Montgomery Campus on Monday, Dec. 17, with Mr. Todd Strange, chairman of the Montgomery County Commission, delivering the keynote addresses.

Graduate commencement is scheduled for 5 p.m. and undergraduate commencement ceremonies will begin at 7 p.m.  Both ceremonies will be held in Troy University’s Davis Theatre for the Performing Arts.

Mr. Strange is also President and CEO of Blount Strange Holdings, LLC. Formerly, Mr. Strange was the Director of the Alabama Development Office. In 2005, Mr. Strange was selected to serve on Governor Riley’s Blue Ribbon Commission for Reform and State Government and he serves on a number of local boards and committees.

Mr. Strange is married to Mrs. Linda Davis Strange and they have two daughters, Jennifer Strange Crumpton and Elizabeth Strange Burt. They have four grandchildren.
