DOTHAN - Troy University recently welcomed college students from around Alabama for the Gamma Beta Phi State Convention. This was the first year the Dothan Campus has hosted the event.

During the one-day convention, members elected state officers and handed out distinguished chapter awards. The chapters also presented donations collected as part of their state service project to Children’s Miracle Network representatives.

Gamma Beta Phi is an honor and service society. Members are invited to join based on their academic standing. To remain in the organization, members must complete a variety of service projects within their university and their community.
