The event coincides with the University’s Irish Week celebration, which features Irish-themed events throughout the week including a St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Irish Cooking Contest. “The annual alumni reunion provides our alumni with an excellent opportunity to return to campus to renew old friendships and see the tremendous growth taking place here at Troy University,” said Faith Ward, director of alumni affairs. “I encourage our alumni and friends to join us and take part in the wonderful activities we have associated with our reunion and Irish Week celebration.” Check-in for alumni will begin at 4 p.m. on March 9 at the Alumni House, located on the corner of Highland Avenue and George Wallace Drive. An alumni cookout will be held adjacent to Riddle-Pace Field at 4:30 p.m. At 6 p.m., the Trojan baseball team will play host to Sun Belt Conference opponent Middle Tennessee State.
