DOTHAN – Troy University invites area K-12 teachers and administrators to learn more about “Teaching the Whole Child,” during the Wiregrass Conference on Education. The two-day workshop, which is scheduled for January 6 and 7 on the Dothan Campus, will provide an opportunity to rethink education in the 21st Century.

Teachers will come away with strategies for educating knowledgeable, healthy, motivated and engaged children. PTA members, central office staff, Boards of Education and others will also benefit from attending and participating.

The Wiregrass Conference on Education is sponsored by the TROY College of Education, the Dothan Campus and the Southeast Region, along with the education honors society Kappa Delta Pi.
