Troy University’s ALFA Eminent Scholar in Agriculture & Environmental Management Dr. Paul Michael Stewart is available for comment concerning the on-going water dispute among Georgia, Florida and Alabama. Dr. Stewart can address the importance of maintaining water flow, water conservation issues and protecting the organisms of the environment.
