Graduate and Professional School Expo to be held in Montgomery Oct. 7

MONTGOMERY—Area residents can learn more about furthering their careers through continued education during the 2009 Alabama Connection Graduate and Professional School Expo on Oct. 7 in Montgomery.

Sponsored by Troy University, Faulkner University, Huntingdon College and Auburn University Montgomery, the expo will be held from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. inside the Taylor Center at AUM.

Recruiters from more than 40 graduate and professional schools will be on hand to answer questions and provide information.

“This is an excellent information gathering opportunity for individuals interested in researching their graduate and professional school options,” said Janice Patrick, TROY Career Services Coordinator.

The expo is free and open to the public.

The Montgomery expo is part of the 15th annual statewide Alabama Connection Graduate and Professional School Week from Oct. 5 to Oct.9. Additional expos will be held throughout the week in Huntsville, Birmingham, Mobile and Tuscaloosa.
