October 1, 2009 TROY Wiregass alumni golf tournament raises money for scholarships DOTHAN—More than 150 golfers hit the links at Highland Oaks in Dothan last week to raise money for scholarships for Troy University Dothan Campus students. The Wiregrass Chapter of the TROY Alumni Association hosted the 2009 Jackson Thornton Invitation Golf Tournament presented by CenturyTel on Thursday, Sept. 24. The annual tournament is the group’s largest fundraiser. Winning teams in this year’s tournament were: 1st Place Net: Scenic Productions
