Feb. 4, noon: Troy University’s Rosa Parks Museum will host a special performance featuring students from several Black Belt area public schools on Feb. 4 at noon to mark the 96th birthday of Rosa Parks.

The performance, inspired by the play “A Rose Among Thorns: A Tribute to Rosa Parks,” will take place in the museum auditorium and is presented by TROY and the Alabama State Council on the Arts Black Belt Initiative.
